Eco-quartier Ginko

Located to the north of Bordeaux, the Ginko eco-neighborhood is a model of urban diversity and sustainability, developed by BLP & Associés and D&A for Bouygues Immobilier. This ambitious project includes 2,700 housing units, public amenities and 40% green space over 32 hectares, offering a modern, eco-responsible living environment. We are proud to have contributed to this project by creating a building lobby, an emblematic showcase for the eco-neighborhood. Our FSC- and PEFC-certified wood panels were chosen for their natural aesthetics and compliance with strict environmental standards, which were decisive in securing this project.
