We are proud to have contributed to Icade’s emblematic project in Seine-Saint-Denis, chosen as the administrative headquarters for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This seven-storey building, located at the heart of the Parc Icade des Portes de Paris, reflects the ambition of the Olympics: to combine innovation, sustainability and excellence. Thanks to its mixed wood-concrete structure, the building is an example of environmentally-friendly construction, perfectly aligned with the values of a forward-looking global event. Our SHAPE and LINEA models, with their wax color oak finish, bring natural warmth and unique aesthetics, while showcasing high-performance materials. This 44-hectare tertiary campus, rehabilitating a former industrial site, offers more than just functional offices. It offers spaces designed to inspire, such as a rooftop offering an exceptional view of Paris and La Défense, creating a setting conducive to conviviality and exchanges. This project is fully in line with the sustainable legacy of the Games, meeting the most demanding standards in terms of environmental performance and user well-being.
