Located in the Batignolles eco-district in Paris, this emblematic building is part of a sustainable development approach that meets the environmental requirements of the ZAC Clichy-Batignolles. It has been awarded the HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale) label at the Excellent level, thanks to innovations such as photovoltaic panels and an energy-efficient cooling system. The building offers 23,000 m² of office space, a company restaurant, retail areas, an auditorium, a café, and amenities promoting well-being, such as planted walkways. This project also reflects a social dimension: part of the work was carried out by people who were far from employment, representing more than 33,000 hours on site. The building also features spaces that interact with the neighboring Parc Martin Luther King, reinforcing its urban integration and accessibility for all. Laudescher brought a unique aesthetic and acoustic touch to the project, with wooden wall and ceiling panels. The integration of these elements was designed to break the classical linear rhythm and offer a more dynamic and fluid visual experience. The junctions between walls and ceilings were carefully designed to maximize the harmony of the whole, while integrating lighting fixtures that enhance the panels and create an elegant visual effect. This solution met acoustic performance requirements while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
